Do I need to register to make purchases online?

No, it is possible to place an order without having to set up an account. You can do this thanks to the fast shopping option, using the store as a guest.

Is it possible to sew dresses to size?

Unfortunately, we do not make individual orders.

What time can I contact the Customer Service Office?

The Customer Service Office is at your disposal from 9am to 4pm by the e-mail address: clientservice@niumiclothes.com or using the contact form in the 'CONTACT' tab at www.niumiclothes.com

Can I get a VAT invoice?

A VAT invoice is issued at the customer's request and sent to the e-mail address provided when the order is sent.

In the case of a purchase in a boutique, the invoice is issued immediately upon the purchase.

What does the order fulfillment process look like?

Among the available products, choose the one that best suits your needs and then:

• add it to the basket by clicking "to the basket" option

• complete your personal details and the shipping address

• choose the right method of delivery and payment

• check in the summary if everything is correct: delivery, payment method, address) - if yes - click "Confirm the purchase". Order statuses a  registered customer can track the client's account on an ongoing basis, in the "Order history" tab. The clients are also informed via email about the stages of order fulfillment.

How long do I have to wait for my order?

The delivery time depends on the availability of the goods and ranges from 2-7 business days. What is the expected delivery date you can find out in the product card. The order processing is counted from the date of posting the payment on the Seller's account and sending the Customer information about the acceptance of the order to the Customer.

Orders placed by 2pm- are sent for execution on the current day

Orders placed after 2pm -are sent for execution the next day

Orders are delivered to the implementation department on business days 9am - 4p.

How can I pay for my order?

Where can I read the store regulations?

Online store regulations are available on the Niumiclothes.com home page.

Unfortunately, the ordered product does not suit me. How can I make a refund?

Any product purchased in our store can be returned within 14 days

from the date of receiving without giving a reason. To find out

how the refund process looks like, go to the 'Returns' tab on the

home page and follow the steps described.

Can I make a complaint about the ordered product?

The complaint may be submitted via e-mail to the address clientservice@niumiclothes.com, in writing to:
